Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all digital services purchased through SemiFlows ("the Platform"). All payments are processed by Paddle.com as the Merchant of Record. By making a purchase, you agree to the Paddle Buyer Terms.

2. Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, no questions asked. Refunds will be processed by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.

This 14-day refund window is consistent with, and no less favorable than, the 14-day right of withdrawal granted to buyers under the Paddle Buyer Terms. Where the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction grant you a longer or non-waivable right to withdraw or cancel, those statutory rights take precedence, are not affected by this policy, and the highest level of protection always applies.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email support@semiflows.com with the following information:

  • Your order number or transaction ID
  • Registered email address

We will process your request within 2 business days.

4. Subscription Cancellation

Canceling a subscription is different from requesting a refund. After cancellation, you may continue to use paid features until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically generate a refund. To request a refund, please follow the process described above.
