SemiFlows ("the Platform") is a semiconductor process knowledge platform operated by the SemiFlows team. By using the Platform, you agree to these terms.
您需要注册账户才能使用本平台的付费功能。您有责任保管好自己的账户凭证，并对账户下的所有活动负责。
You must register an account to access paid features. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.
本平台展示的内容（包括但不限于工艺流程数据、AI 生成内容、可视化图表）的知识产权归 SemiFlows 或其许可方所有。未经授权，禁止复制、分发或商业使用。
Content displayed on the Platform (including but not limited to process flow data, AI-generated content, and visualizations) is owned by SemiFlows or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
本平台的 AI 回答基于学术论文、专利和教科书生成，仅供参考。AI 生成内容可能包含不准确信息，不应作为工程决策的唯一依据。
AI responses are generated from academic papers, patents, and textbooks for reference only. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should not be the sole basis for engineering decisions.
技术节点访问为一次性购买，AI 深度解读为订阅制。具体价格以购买页面为准。退款政策将在正式上线时公布。
Technology node access is a one-time purchase; AI deep analysis is subscription-based. Prices are as listed on the pricing page. Refund policies will be published at launch.
您不得：(a) 对平台进行逆向工程；(b) 系统性抓取或爬取平台内容；(c) 将平台内容用于训练 AI 模型；(d) 转售或再分发平台内容。
You must not: (a) reverse-engineer the Platform; (b) systematically scrape or crawl Platform content; (c) use Platform content to train AI models; (d) resell or redistribute Platform content.
本平台按“现状”提供，不对内容的完整性、准确性或适用性作任何明示或暗示的保证。
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
我们保留随时修改本协议的权利。修改后继续使用本平台即视为接受新条款。
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
